I offer a package to meet a variety of budgets and can provide virtual design services for projects outside of the NY/NJ area. My services have also reached the Caribbean as well, as I have transformed new-build condos into stylish & profitable short term (AirBNB) rental units.

There is no project too big or small; Over the years I’ve serviced clients who simply need to know they’re on the right track with their design direction and I’ve worked with large construction companies on real estate development projects and multi-million dollar new build custom homes.

This is the most affordable package made available to clients who need a little expert guidance but don’t need to commit to comprehensive design services. We use information gathered during our session to create a design direction for your space, with the assistance of AI (Artificial Intelligence.)

If your project is based outside of a 15 mile radius from Bergen County, you can arrange for an in-person consultation for an added fee.

STAGE IT

This is a styling package for clients who need a room styled. The client receives the aesthetic direction, renderings, color palette, floor plan layout, and furnishings/furniture selections from me. Our design team would also oversee installation of the design.

RENOVATE IT

/ SERVICE 03

This package is for any project which involves a custom renovation or a new build. This package includes the aesthetic direction, color palette, floor plan layout, full furniture, fixtures, and equipment list, renderings, and construction drawings PLUS ordering, tracking, receiving, and overseeing its installation. Site visits, collaboration with construction teams, and third party vendors distinguish this package from the other packages available. The client can sit back and relax while me and my team make this a smooth build journey for them.
